Tonight begins the second half of the NFL regular season. I have all 32 teams ranked from best to worst. It's based on overall trustworthiness on both sides of the ball, with the understanding that almost every team will have a bad game once in a while.
For any game played this week, if we assume both teams play to their regular level of competency, I would favor the higher-ranked team. Speaking of favorites, my Week 10 picks follow this ranking, which includes each team’s won-loss record.
Cardinals 8-1
Buffalo 5-3
Packers 7-2
Buccaneers 6-2
Titans 7-2
Patriots 5-4
Rams 7-2
Bengals 5-4
Browns 5-4

Colts 4-5
Cowboys 6-2
Saints 5-3

Week 10 Picks
For the NFL's Week 9 I was just 7-7 against the CBS Sports spread, and 5-9 straight-up. In my defense, it was a week of upsets.
Since I began making picks four weeks ago, I'm 30-26 against the spread, 35-21 straight-up.
I'm making my Week 10 picks at CBS Sports based on whether my victory margins predicted here are higher or lower than CBS's pointspreads. I'll report my results next week.

I'm okay with your first 4, but I would put the Cowboys and Rams at 5 or 6.
