The MVP ballots for the National and American Leagues contain ten names ranked in order of preference.
Here are my ballots for both leagues if the 2022 season ended today (games up through September 22).
To be considered for my ballot, a player must be in the top 40 in all of Major League Baseball in OPS (On-base plus Slugging). They also have to play for a team with a win-loss record over .500.
Then I consider the number of games a player played in which his team won, and his OPS in those games.
I'll do a final ballot at the end of the regular season.
